Please join Jason for a guided meditation. These sessions are designed to relax, heal, and enlighten. Various techniques will be introduced and used, to help navigate your personal journey. Differing techniques will be used each month. Group discussion follows each meditation; and no, you never have to share.
Although you do not have to bring anything, it is suggested that you consider bringing a blindfold, meditation mat/cushion, warm socks (we do not wear shoes) and comfortable clothing.
